Driven by a passion for service perfection, WhiteTEC was born in 2008. Starting from humble beginnings, working from the kitchen table, one day in December, Founders, Simon and Jane accomplished and experienced in Automotive Retail, Sales and Business Management wanted to test a simple idea of attracting customers into a dealership. After meeting up with several contacts in the industry, sharing knowledge and experiences, the WhiteTEC Sales Letter Event came to life. We rolled our sleeves up and got to work.
Simon really understands all there is to know about Automotive Retail and delivering sales targets and performance improvement in your sales team. With his 36 years plus experience and proven track record as a Sales Coach, Business Consultant, DP, Sales Manager and Sales Executive, within leading national Dealer Groups and high profile independently owned dealerships within prestige and volume car brands, he loves nothing more than to work with Managers and Sales Team, marketing and manufacturers to grow and develop businesses and teams.
He has a clear grasp of how to intrigue customers and is able to hold conversations with customers to engage, excite and appoint them – which really drives sales results. His unique way of inspiring and motivating sales teams and focused marketing solutions, dealer campaigns and events – all serve to maximise both staff and customer engagement.

Jane White – Co-Founder & Director
Jane has nearly 30 years experience in leading, managing and developing teams to improve profitability, productivity and organisational effectiveness within sales, marketing and operations, working within Banking, Financial Services, Retail including automotive retail. She specialises in staff and customer engagement, communications, performance improvement, sales, behavioural change and motivation. With a deep knowledge of how organisations create a leading customer centric culture, her career includes 15 years as a change management consultant, Programme Lead and Corporate Coach, working with clients and teams in B2B and C2B environments.
Her hands-on skills in change leadership and coaching and development have been built and honed at Co-op Bank and Britannia Building Society, focused on supporting people to do their best work. Jane has a unique ability to engage with individuals and teams,’ putting heart and soul’ into business has been key in helping WhiteTEC to grow and evolve into a leading sales event provider, recognising that Dealerships need practical tools, techniques and skilled support to enable them to grow and develop their teams, whilst leveraging sales and customer service. Jane has a recognised masters level qualification in Advanced Coaching and Leadership from UWE, is a CMI graduate in Leadership and Management, Master Practitioner and accredited NLP Trainer through the Board of ANLP.
Oliver White – Marketing Manager & Event Coach
Initially, starting his career in IT and customer contact providing desktop and website support to business and local government, Oliver had a fascination for sales and marketing. In between juggling various catering and customer engagement roles as a student, he graduated from Plymouth University with a BA Hons in Leadership & Management. Keen to move into sales, he then joined Enterprise Car Rental, on their Graduate Scheme, establishing a strong and successful proven track record in sales and operational management, liaising with Dealership sales, aftersales and body shops as an account manager in addition to day to day management of the retail site, optimising sales and marketing opportunities, delivering on challenging targets.
He loves sales events and being hands-on, whether on the phones, coaching the team and meeting new people, or working with our partners to make things happen.
He is an extremely creative individual, who often thinks outside the box, working with our creative and marketing partners to come up with inspirational and inventive marketing campaigns, videos and unique ideas for sales events, mini websites – and more - which wow our customers.
We enjoy working with Simon and achieve excellent results with sales events.
We don't normally have sales events and didn't know what to expect. The event was a huge success and all of the WhiteTEC team helped us achieve a big result.
One of our best events at Cresser Redditch yet. Our November Sales Event got us 31 appointments and we sold 18 new Vauxhalls and 6 used Cars.
