Simon White – Co-Founder & Managing Director

 

Simon really understands all there is to know about Automotive Retail and delivering sales targets and performance improvement in your sales team.  With his 36 years plus experience and proven track record as a Sales Coach, Business Consultant, DP, Sales Manager and Sales Executive, within leading national Dealer Groups and high profile independently owned dealerships within prestige and volume car brands, he loves nothing more than to work with Managers and Sales Team, marketing and manufacturers to grow and develop businesses and teams.

 

He has a clear grasp of how to intrigue customers and is able to hold conversations with customers to engage, excite and appoint them – which really drives sales results.  His unique way of inspiring and motivating sales teams and focused marketing solutions, dealer campaigns and events – all serve to maximise both staff and customer engagement.

 

 

Jane White – Co-Founder & Director

 

 

Jane brings significant experience in sales and customer engagement, leading and delivering high profile projects and client assignments within leading companies including Financial Services and Automotive Retail.  She truly believes in the power of sales process, sales events and experiences to connect and influence outcomes.  She is responsible for Operations ensuring that everything runs smoothly including our Contact Team.  Jane is well regarded across the dealer network, with hands-on experience in the Showroom as an Event Coach and Trainer, achieving outstanding results in terms of appointments and conversions to sales, as well as coaching sales managers and sales teams.

 

Jane is an accomplished professional, having gained a Masters in Advanced Coaching from the University of West of England and a CMI Graduate in Leadership and Management.  She has trained and worked alongside highly acclaimed international Masters in the fields of behavioural development and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a Master Practitioner and an accredited NLP Trainer through the Board of ANLP.

 

 

 

 

Oliver White – Marketing Manager & Event Coach

 

 

Initially, starting his career in IT and customer contact providing desktop and website support to business and local government, Oliver had a fascination for sales and marketing.  After graduating from Plymouth Uni with a BA Hons in Leadership & Management, he joined Enterprise Car Rental, where he established a strong in sales and operational management, liaising with Dealership across the South West, optimising sales and marketing opportunities, whilst consistently delivering on his personal and branch targets.

 

Oli is responsible for WhiteTEC’s Marketing, working with collaborative partners, he strives to raise our profile, to design and deliver interesting, informative material for prospective and existing customers, with a touch of humour, that get results.

 

Oli is hands on and regularly works across the UK as an Event Coach, and an extension to our Contact Team. He is an extremely creative individual, ambitious and motivated to help grow and develop WhiteTEC, in ways that impress, inspire and that will facilitate long-term, trusting partnerships with all our prospective customers and clients.
